Connecting Your Stripe Account

How to set up Stripe Connect so you can receive payouts from ticket sales.

To receive payments from ticket sales, you need to connect a Stripe account. We use Stripe Connect Express, which means Stripe handles all payment processing, compliance, and payouts directly to your bank account.

Setting Up Stripe

  1. Go to your organizer setup page and click "Connect Stripe."
  2. You will be redirected to Stripe where you can create a new Stripe account or connect an existing one.
  3. Fill in the required information (business name, bank details, tax info).
  4. Once complete, you will be redirected back to Buscando Bachata and your account will be ready to accept payments.

Payouts

After a ticket sale, funds are deposited to your connected bank account in approximately 2 business days. Payouts are automatic and handled entirely by Stripe — no invoicing or manual transfers needed.

Fees

Our platform fee is $0.89 per ticket, plus standard Stripe processing (2.9% + $0.30). There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no contracts. Visit the Pricing page for a full breakdown.
