Five cents from every ticket goes toward dance education programs. No extra cost to you or your attendees.

The charity contribution comes from our platform fee, not from you. It is never added on top of the $0.89. Founding partners (like Zoukchata) pay $0.00 in platform fees, so the charity fee is also $0.00 for them.

What payment methods are accepted?+
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link (Stripe's one-click checkout). Payment methods are handled securely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers.
When do I get paid?+
Payouts are automatic via Stripe. After a ticket sale, funds are deposited to your connected bank account in approximately 2 business days. No invoicing or manual transfers needed.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. You pay $0.89 per ticket plus Stripe processing (2.9% + $0.30). There are no monthly fees, no setup costs, no contracts, and no minimum ticket requirements.
What about refunds?+
You set your own refund policy — before event, after purchase, or no refunds. When you issue a refund, Stripe returns the processing fee. Our $0.89 platform fee is also refunded.
Do buyers pay extra?+
That's up to you. Fees are included in the ticket sale price, not added on top. You set the ticket price, and fees come out of the sale. Buyers see the price you set.
Do you offer volume discounts?+
We're open to partnership pricing for organizers selling 1,000+ tickets per month. Reach out to us and we'll work out a custom rate that fits your event volume.
