For Organizers
Messaging Attendees
How to send broadcast messages to ticket holders for your events.
The broadcast messaging feature lets you send important updates to everyone who bought tickets for your event. Use it for schedule changes, venue updates, parking information, or last-minute announcements.
Sending a Broadcast
- Go to your tickets dashboard and select the event.
- Click "Message Attendees."
- Write your message. Keep it concise and relevant — attendees appreciate clear, actionable updates.
- Preview your message, then click "Send."
Who Receives Messages
Broadcast messages are sent to all ticket holders for the selected event who have active (non-refunded, non-transferred) tickets. Each buyer receives one email regardless of how many tickets they purchased.
Best Practices
- Only send messages that are relevant and time-sensitive.
- Include specific details (new start time, parking address, etc.) rather than vague updates.
- Avoid sending more than 2-3 messages per event to prevent fatigue.
