Finding Your Tickets
How to look up your ticket order and access your QR code.
After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with your QR code ticket. If you need to find your tickets again later, you can use the order lookup tool.
Looking Up Your Order
- Go to the Order Lookup page.
- Enter the email address you used when purchasing your tickets.
- You will receive an email with a link to view your order details and QR code.
At the Event
When you arrive at the event, show your QR code to the organizer at check-in. They will scan it with their phone to confirm your entry. You can display the QR code from your confirmation email or from the order details page.
Didn't Receive Your Confirmation Email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, use the order lookup page to have a fresh link sent to your email. Make sure to check the email address you used at checkout.
