Using Promo Codes

Organizers sometimes offer promo codes for discounted tickets. If you have a promo code, you can apply it during the checkout process to get your discount.

How to Apply a Promo Code

1. Go to the event page and select your ticket type and quantity.
2. Click "Buy Tickets" to open the checkout drawer.
3. Look for the "Promo Code" field and enter your code.
4. Click "Apply" to see the discount reflected in your total.
5. Complete your purchase as normal.

Things to Know

• Promo codes are case-insensitive (uppercase or lowercase both work).
• Each code has a usage limit set by the organizer — if it says "invalid," the code may have expired or reached its limit.
• Only one promo code can be applied per order.
• The discount applies to the ticket price before fees.
